Be a Bride at Bay View Waterfront Bed & Breakfast

Picture your wedding on the beautiful grounds of Bay View with the sparkling Occohannock Creek in the background.

The rate is $2500.00. The rate includes use of the grounds and the Allison and Brook rooms the day of the wedding. A deposit is due with your reservation and full payment no later than 1 month prior to the wedding date.

If you plan to make all your wedding arrangements we can provide a list of local vendors whom you may use or not. We have no connection with any vendors.

If you want us to make all or any of the arrangements we will work with you and your budget to make your day just what you want.

In that case we need deposits as requested by venders and will bill you amounts invoiced to us + 20%. Usually venders want to be paid in advance.

Please Note: We have 1 half bath in the garage. Other than that we do not have any facilities or equipment. Everything needs to be brought in.

We have accommodations for overnight guests all year. Check our rooms and rates page for availability and rates. The rate includes a full breakfast.
